Shipping policy

Where we ship from Your piece is made and dispatched from our atelier. We ship worldwide.

Production time Made-to-measure pieces take approximately 2–4 weeks to produce before they are dispatched.

Shipping costs Calculated at checkout based on your delivery country. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

Tracking You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received it within 4 weeks of ordering, please contact us.

Customs duties and import taxes International orders may attract customs duty, import tax or handling fees charged by your country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are the recipient's responsibility. They are set by your local customs authority, not by TAMÀR, and we cannot predict or refund them. Parcels refused at customs and returned to us will be refunded less shipping costs.

Incorrect addresses Please check your delivery address carefully. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If you spot an error, message us immediately and we will correct it if the parcel has not yet been dispatched.

Lost or delayed parcels If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Please allow the carrier's investigation window before we can issue a replacement or refund.
